My ivp :D

It is 2.20pm on a lazy TUESDAY afternoon.. It seems that i try writing it early
this morning but somehow www.blogger.com got problem.. anyway, just to update..

Its 3 days after IVP and the results.. Ngee Ann came in 5th overall but however we are top poly compare to others :)

For team results on final day..

Woman 4*100m = 3rd
4*400m = 2nd

That is a great results achieved by the girls especially the freshies like Lindi, SiuLing, Felicia, Hui xin and etc.. They may be new to track but it never got to them that they should lose =) soo gamblate to them.. and also to those names not mention.. you guys do play an important part too..

For the guys..

Man 4*100m = 5th
4*400m = 4th

I cant say im disappointed with the placings but.. i do believe that we deserve a medal.. however, knowing and seeing that all of us gave our best.. We are already winners.. Running in a time of 3:31.37s.. and cutting down 6s from our last practice timing ( 3:37:48s) i must say.. its really remarkable and incredible.. 4 runners running sub 52/53s.. it gaves us a feeling that we are almost too strong to be challenged but den again, no one is ultimate :)

I like to post my next following messages to certain groups of people :

Alfred Sim : Thank you for teaching me what i didnt know.. although i didnt hit your expectation but actually i did.. =) thanks alot.. your advice and effort helped me alot..

Mr Lim : The 1 man who restarted my running career.. He's the one who ignite that flame that was once burned out.. thank you so much everything even though sometimes we might be playful, but thank you for always guiding us =p

Jerald : Your the one man who never stop going and believing in others.. keep up!

ATG : The group of sprinters whom i had fun training with.. playing with.. being with..!

Jojo : you are always with me wherever i go.. thank u baby :D love u!

My 4*100m team : Its been great running with u guys.. hope we can do so.. in the future..

My 4*400m team : All the times we shred blood and tears and pain for this day to come.. although we didnt win it but im so ever proud of each one of you in your own ways =)

MYself : the season close and i end up with nothing but i know that somehow i broke my pb in one of those races.. and it only serves me to do better.. anyway, i tink i got over de disappointed by looking it at a different angle.. =) we ran our heart out..

As we look forward towards next year..

we shd give ourself an aim.. an aim to guide us and hopefully reach further den wad we expected!
