Define your dreams.
21st of October... how time flies, hahaa.. almost 10 more days to our 2nd year anniversally. Oh boy, gladly looking forward for it. Gonna be a great fun.. im sure of that.Anyway..
Life's all about planning and yes, i am definately not a planner by nature but thanks to the one i call dear.. I have become a planner. yes, a planner for my future and career.. I used to think love was #1 in my life and yes it still is, however my mindset has change and it brings out another attractive side of me.
Today's entry will just be an entry which will be here for a long time and will be serve as my motivation when things dont go well for me.
VISION: how do i see myself, where do i see myself, what do i see myself in.. are questions waiting to be answered.
Visualization works - You must first clearly see a thing in your mind before you can do it.
Enjoy the journey step by step - It's more important to know where you're going than to get there quickly
Make your desires strong - Desire! That's the one secret of every man's career. Not education. Not being born with hidden talents. Desire.
Small seeds yield great forests of achievement - The first principle of success is desire : knowing what you want. Desire is the planting of your seed.
Ambition can creep as well as soar - Just keep moving
See a better world, then act to make it so - Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.
Imagination is more important than knowledge.
Take the first step forward :
When place in command, take charge - the team is counting on you.
If i have seen farther than other men, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants - take the wisdom of others and then take it further.
Commitment is what transforms a promise into reality - keep your promises.
Management works in the system. Leadership works on the system - Know when to manage, when to lead.
A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way - you are the way for those who follows.
Expect the best, plan for the worst, and prepare to be surprised - Luck favors the prepared mind.
The first task of a leader is to keep hope alive - Nourish yours and dreams.
A decision without the pressure of consequence is hardly a decision at all.
It is better to be boldly decisive and risk being wrong than to agonize at length and be right, but too late - A bad decision on Monday is better than a good decision on Friday. You'll have all week to make corrections.
If you dont risk anything, you risk even more - Take the risk of doing something new.
