Hey.. actually today posting was suppose to be yesterday but some how, there's a problem linking to my blog.. had to wait till today.. worse of all, my com is seriously lagging.. muz be all those xtra program dat's causing it.. haix...



anyway, yesterday.. we had IS lessons, business ettitique... sooo we were told to bring culteries to do some dining roleplay.. ok, actually i learn things where i tink it wld help me in de future.. some like de way u eat, u drink, u stand.. things like dat.. ;p sooo after lessons, i met up wif jojo to catch a movie.. but b4 dat we decided to eat soo from what i learn i decided to put it into action again but lol.. i realised i was juz to lazy to eat so gentlemanly at a hawker center.. -.-"



After de meal, we went to catch a movie.. okie, if u guys read at jojo's blog, she says we enjoy each other company.. LOL, hmmm- thick-skinned huh~ lol.. so actually we wanted to watch Mi3 but my guys told me dat dey wanted us to watch together so i thought lets watch something else and so we chose " when a stranger calls " .. ta ma de! i tell u ah, this movie is not actually fascinating but it can really gives u de creeep.. u can realli get goosebumps.. cos pratically de WHOLE show is creepy.. i muz admit, i was aliitle spooke.. lol, but of cos, who wldnt.. and another reason to watch is because de lead actress is damn pretty and originally her role is a
runner.. so xtra bonus points.. grrrrr.! i rate it 4 stars.. u'll be spook.. watch it =)

So there u go.. dat was how we spend our day.. she went home.. i went for training.. but.. really i cant take and pictures in the gym cos its too obscene for gals to view it..

eg: full grown men wif torso bigger den my body.. legs as huge as an elephant.. ( throwers ) .. guys wif body dat can wash clothes on deir abs.. Great looking 6 packs !

Strength of a lion.. squats 150-220kg.. Chest full of muscles.. bench press 80kg-100kg..

so u see, if i were to show u what we do for training.. probably lot of ppl will juz envy us +).. hahaa! sooo take care.. and thanks for viewing..
