Award Appreciation

AwarD AppreciatioN NighT..

Yesterday was my school award appreciation night..

Its a huge affair where people from all cca come together to collect their coverted prizes.. people who did well in their respective events.. or cca..

There were prize giving and performance by other people.. but the best has to go to the food.. LOL! plenty of hot and nice delicious food :X.. hahaaaa! so after that we just took some pictures :D

POooL

Heyyyy... back.. hmmm.. its a week before my papers! gosh.. and i guess im ready or not? but anyway.. yesterday was a long day.. went out early in the morning ard 8am to meet up with JOJO, to study and look out for my lecturer but in the end, din get to see him, but anyway.. we went to the library to study.. so after a while, JOJO has to go and came along ethan.. so practically the whole was like that.. study until 2pm b4 we head down to the bball court for a game..

LOL.. played till 4pm when i decided to head down for my training at GOMBAK.. Was weight sessions that day.. It was pretty tough for me, but yea im still ok :) aches here and there but i will soon recover =p which i did.. my whole training end ard 6pm, and i went to meet ethan at commonwealth mrt station and head to his home b4 meeting the others..

At his place, was funny and some gay fun.. we were trying clothes on, and pathetically, even though he take supplments, he didnt grow any bigger but.. nevertheless he is still trying.. Ethan is Mr gentleman :)

We reach town ard 8pm and finally met up with Charmain and Daryl.. our members of the newly acquainted G&C gang.. We had dinner together at burger king ( cine ) and so happen to see quite a few familar faces from track.. after that, they wanted to hv a game of pool.. so yea :)

We went to the nearest mambo pool area which was at lucky plaza.. and from there we took some pictures and had lot of fun..

BECAUSE.. I pnowned Ethan in pool.. he wanted to play 100 pushups.. so we agreed.. hahaa.. he lost the first bet.. so we challenge again.. XD.. and its my turn to lose... but the last bet we up the stakes and.. LOL.. he lost.. hahahha! A great outing yesterday.. :) A game of pool..

Passion of 4th all comers

Hey im here to update on what happen yesterday..
YEsterday was the 4th all comers.. like the 3rd comers, there really wasnt that much people there BUT we had visitors from other country mainly Hong Kong.. +) but anyway :D my guys did well w/out the head wind resistance.. i was personally abit disappointed with my 100m but at least i know i stay stagnent which wasnt really a good thing.. XD but for my 400m :) well... it was great and i enjoy it.. at least i broke thru my barrier.. and from here onwards, i can only get betta XD just de right time for me to peak for SG open or IVP.. =)

so i just upload some pictures dat was taken before the 100m race :X

Well.. the end result.. wasnt really good.. but just as well... =) I tried..

Now 400m :

After that 100m race, i was on a low.. i didnt think i would run in the 400m race, but at the same time i didnt want to back out.. I was in a heats where i will be totally alone because the other runners are way ahead in terms of strength and experience.. however i was lucky or told that they gonna merge with the other heats, due to shortage of runners =)

I was tired and nervous... I had to pray to god for faith and confidence..

I ran i chase.. i ran and chase.. though i didnt hit my PB... but.. i got my target which i wanted :) so overall im HAPPY XD

DONE~

After that we took some teambonding ATG pictures..

Its been fun =) .. after that i join my np trackers for dinner.. practically talk abt track and stuffs.. bla bla bla :D

As well as some pictures.. some really out of this world pics XD

So there are plenty more.. but i shall post this few for now.. XD

Track and field.. project nutz day

WELCOME TO PROJECT ACT CUTE:

HEY.. its project nutz day..

man i feel soo guilty not being able to train.. i cant explain but yea.. im really busy with stuffs and all.. but im glad its all over.. maybe just for exams coming.. and yea.. today was project nuts day.. it was great.. lots of ppl turn up.. and kudos to the lecturers who ran their hearts out as well as enjoy themselves.. wonderful :) and as usual.. dragonboat won.. they are virtually unbeatable.. and yes!! for the staff opens.. SOE won.. XD which means my school of engineering won.. damn.. my lecturers are good XD lol... =)
